Paul Geng
Born to deaf parents he was the youngest of four children. With his Mother sitting next to him tapping her foot to the vibration of his music, he began to pursue his lifelong dream - to write and sing his music. The loss of his parents, and one sister had a profound affect on his life. His songs reflect his experiences. Paul's lyrics tell stories of love, personal loss, hope, desire, and always show intense passion. Paul is a spiritual man, who has found his own deep meaning of life, and his feelings are resonated in his music. He has recorded six CD's, the newest one, MODERN DAY PYGMALION will be released on August 12, 2008. COMPASSION AVENUE and his single song CD, CHRISTMAS WISH, were released in August 2006. Earlier releases are MNEMOSYNE (2002), FADING PORTRAIT (2004), and JACKKNIFE 2005 (Originally released in 1992). You can hear samples of his work on his website www.paulgengmusic.com. Paul wrote the lyrics for all of his songs. He sings, and plays acoustic and electric guitar for five of his CD's, Mnemosyne, Fading Portrait, Compassion Avenue, Christmas Wish, and Modern Day Pygmalion. He wrote the lyrics and sings on his CD, titled Jackknife, which was re-released in 2005.
